We may send text messages or SMS to the phone number you provide for program updates, appointment reminders, notifications about required documents including contract signing, educational credit and mortgage tips, and limited promotional messages if you consent. We will only send SMS messages if you have opted in to receive them or otherwise provided your phone number during the sign up process. Message and data rates may apply, and frequency may vary. To opt out of SMS messages at any time reply STOP to any message and we will promptly stop sending marketing SMS messages. You may continue to receive non-marketing service messages if needed to complete a service you have requested. Please do not send sensitive personal information such as your Social Security Number via text message. Refund & Cancellation Policy

In compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel this contract within three business days without incurring any fees.

We may use third-party advertising services like Google to display ads based on your activity on our website. You can manage your preferences and opt out of ads through the Google Ads Preference Manager.

How Anonymous Information is Collected and Used

When you browse MRP’s Website, you are able to do so anonymously. We do not collect personal information when you browse. However, we do have mechanisms that track pages visited as well as location data, logs and other communication data, and information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system and browser type. When you are using our mobile application, we may similarly track these items as well as mobile network provider and geographic location.

Advertising on Meta Platforms
Mortgage Ready Program actively runs advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. Those campaigns may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to deliver and personalize ads, to measure campaign performance, and to understand how users interact with our ads and our website. When you interact with our ads or click through to our website we may collect technical information and combine it with Personal Information we maintain to improve our marketing. If you prefer not to receive personalized advertising, you may control ad personalization through your Meta account settings and through industry opt-out tools described in Section 6.

Customer Relationship Management and Third Party Service Providers
Keap, formerly Infusionsoft, is Mortgage Ready Program’s primary customer relationship management platform. Keap stores and processes contact information and helps us manage communications including email and SMS automation, appointment scheduling, and client records. Keap acts as a service provider processing data on our behalf under contract and is required to maintain appropriate security and confidentiality safeguards. We may share Personal Information with Keap and other trusted service providers as described in Section 5. Please review Keap’s privacy policy for details on how they handle personal data.
