We start by reviewing your financial situation together. From there, we create a customized plan to help you achieve homeownership.

But that’s not all. We also provide a portal that allows you to tackle each task in your plan one step at a time. Our program is so effective that lenders have partnered with us, agreeing to approve the mortgage applications of anyone who successfully completes their customized plan. How’s that for motivation?

This structured approach helps you avoid feeling overwhelmed by too much information (TMI) and ensures that you know each action you take is designed to lead you toward your goal.

What’s Next?

Once you are close to getting approved, your agent will call you to discuss your preferred location and the type of house you are looking for. Your agent will review neighborhoods and current market conditions with you. They will also identify properties for you to view, whether they are ready for purchase or need renovation to meet your taste and the lender’s standards. That’s right!
